Stabiliser device for cooking and defrosting meats. When cooking or defrosting poultry or roasts (joints), it is very often difficult to make them keep a stable position. The device according to the invention makes it possible to remedy these drawbacks. The device is composed of a plate (1), the edges (2) of which are folded and curved (3) over a certain height. These edges are indented (jagged) (4) and therefore act as a stabiliser (5) when positioning the article to be cooked. The centre (6) is perforated, permitting cooking or defrosting. IMAGE
