Device for the static draining of maceration or fermentation vats in oenology. The invention relates to a device which makes it possible to remove the juice without the grape skin, stalks or pips. It consists of a pliable and removable vertical chimney (1) made from a stainless steel grid which has meshes of 5 mm, inside which chimney is placed a cylinder for rigidity (6) also made from stainless steel and whose lower part is closed by a collector (3) connected to the cock of the vat (5) by a flexible tube (4) and the upper part is closed by a roof (2).
