Extruder comprising a barrel (2) inside which rotates an extrusion screw (3), this barrel being provided, at one of its ends, with an extrusion nozzle (5) and, at its other end, with a barrel head (cylinder head) (6) inside which rotates the upstream end of the screw, this barrel head having an opening (7) connected to a hopper (8) for feeding it with plastic, which extruder is characterised in that it includes a liquid-additive injection system (11) emerging into the barrel head (6) between its opening (7) connected to the hopper (8) and its end connected to the barrel (2).
