Continual rotating type bottle inspection machine

PURPOSE: To provide a continuous rotary bottle inspecting machine, which develops small vibration, has larger inspecting capacity than ever and causes the opening and closing of each holder by utilizing the rotation of a rotary disc. ;CONSTITUTION: A large number of rocking bases 5 are pivotably fitted to the periphery of a continuously rotating rotary disc. Each rocking bases 5 rocks towards an inspecting position before and after the inspecting position by means of vertically arranged two stage conjugate cams 10a and 10b. Further, to each rocking bases 5, a bottle holder, which radially slides in proportion to the rocking angle by means of an expanding cam 13, is filled. Thus, during the rotation of the rotary disc by the predetermined angle, the bottle holder 2 is stopped at the inspecting position for inspection.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
