PURPOSE:To provide an year-round cooling control device having a high comfortable feeling in which a variation range of an air blowing temperature at an indoor area is eliminated even in the case that an outdoor air temperature is varied. CONSTITUTION:A high pressure sensing means 1 detects an outdoor load with a high pressure, the detected high pressure is compared with a set high pressure set in advance in a high pressure memory means 2, both of them are compared by a comparing means 3. In the case that a high pressure is low, means 4 for changing the number of rotation of the outdoor fan motor turns OFF a fan motor 5 for a specified period of time and in turn in the case that the high pressure is high, the means 4 turns ON the fan motor 5 for a specified period of time. Then, a repeating cycle of sensing of high pressure, comparison and outputting to the fan motor is made short, thereby the outdoor fan performs a random intermittent operation in order to stabilize the high pressure and then a fine accommodation to the variation of the outdoor side load can be attained.
