PURPOSE: To provide a stone working machine capable of working the external surface of a stone in cylindrical shape by rotating a rotating shaft of a fixing jig in which multiple stones are arranged and fixed under vertical condition. ;CONSTITUTION: A guide rail main body 58 provided with a grinding unit 74 is installed on upper and lower cross beams 7 and 5 located at the upper and lower sides of a stone working machine movably in horizontal direction through transverse slide boxes 38 and 41. Also a guide beam 104 provided with a polishing unit 125 is installed movably in horizontal direction through transverse slide boxes 84 and 87. Cutting and grinding wheels 71 and 72 are installed on the grinding unit 74. In addition, a longitudinal joint cutting unit 76 is installed detachably on the grinding unit 74. A polishing wheel 121 is installed on the polishing unit 125. Then a fixing jig 29 in which multiple stones 33 are arranged and fixed is set at the center of the machine with its rotating shaft 30 positioned in vertical direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
