PURPOSE: To provide a garnish group and the manufacturing method thereof whose amount of wasteful material is small at the time of manufacturing a metal core and which eliminates processes for separating the metal core after forming and curing processes is provided with large holding force and high stability of shape and three-dimension following ability, and high productivity. ;CONSTITUTION: First three cuts 2b, 2b, 2b which leave first two jointing parts 2c, 2c at a band-shaped steel plate 2, and second two cuts 2d, 2d which leave second jointing part 2e are alternately applied, the upper parts of the first two jointing parts 2c, 2c are rolled to open the first three cuts 2b, 2b, 2b into a small slit respectively, and extended in the steel plate longitudinal direction on the whole in an expanded metal condition to be formed in a recessed/ protruding shape. The first cuts 2b, 2b, 2b and the second cuts 2d, 2d are opened into large slits respectively, rolled into a flat surface condition, and the first cuts 2b, 2b, 2b and the second cuts 2d, 2d are opened into small slits 3a, 3a, 3a to form a metal core 3, and molding the metal core 3 inside a rubber or resin body web 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
