PRODUCTION OF COATED STEEL SHEET HAVING BEAUTIFUL APPEARANCE

摘要

PURPOSE: To improve surface appearance by executing first coating by a 3-roll coater on one surface and executing the second and subsequent coating of this coated surface by a roller curtain coater. ;CONSTITUTION: The front surface of a galvanized steel sheet 1 pretreated by a pretreatment device 2 is subjected to primer coating by the 3-roll coater of a first front surface coating device 3 and in succession, its rear is subjected to primer coating by the first rear coating device 4. After the coatings are baked by a first baking device 5, the front surface is subjected to finish coating by the roller curtain coater of a second front surface coating device 6. In succession, the rear is subjected to finish coating by a second rear coating device 7. The coating is then baked by a second baking device 8, by which the two- layered coating is executed.
