COATED ATEEL SHEET HAVING EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL COATING APPEARANCE AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE: To produce the coated steel sheet having the extremely beautiful appearance capable of sufficiently dealing even with applications where the request for appearance is severe by producing a drying and baking device which is disposed with a high-temp. filter just before a warm air and hot air introducing port and is disposed with in-furnace walls settable at a temp. higher than an in-furnace atmosphere temp. ;CONSTITUTION: The high-temp. filter 14 is disposed just before the introducing port for the warm air and hot air exceeding 200°C to the drying and baking device 1 to clean the drying and baking atmosphere in the process for production of the coated steel sheet which executes 4i1 times of coating and baking. The inside walls 3 of the drying and baking device 1 for drying and baking the steel sheet by introducing the warm air and hot air exceeding 200°C into the device are heated from the outer side. Consequently, the drying and baking in the clean atmosphere are possible at the time of drying and baking the object to be dried and baked.
