PURPOSE: To prepare the composition which contains a boron compound or the like, glycine, glycerol, ascorbic acid, succinic acid, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, tartaric acid, etc., and also, causes no precipitate and further, is used for treating chronic pain due to a tumor. ;CONSTITUTION: In this preparation, (A) a water-soluble compound of one or more elements selected from B, F, Mg, V, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn and Mo, each of the elements of which forms no precipitate with each other or together with any other components and which shows a neutral or acidic pH value in an aqueous medium, (B) glycine, (C) glycerol, (D) L-(+)-ascorbic acid, (E) succinic acid, (F) ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (or its salt), (G) sodium potassium tartarate and (H) L-(+)-tartaric acid, are blended together to prepare the objective pharmaceutical composition which affects the reticuloendothelia system and is effective in treating chronic pain conditions that are caused by muoviscidosis or deformational ataxia or accompanied by diseases due to a tumor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
