摘要

PURPOSE:To perform the expression of a protein disulfide isomerase(PDI) gene and the co-expression of the gene and an exogenote coding a useful polypeptide. CONSTITUTION:PDI is produced by integrating a new linking gene composed of a DNA coding human serum albumin prepro sequence and a human PDI gene in a manifestation vector, transforming a host cell and expressing the gene. A useful polypeptide can be produced by the co-expression of a transformant containing the co-expressible linking gene and an exogenote coding the polypeptide. A process for the mass-production of human PDI has been established by this process and the production efficiency of the useful polypeptide has been improved by the co-expression with human PDI gene in the same cell.
