DEVICE FOR AUTOMATICALLY DECIDING DISTRIBUTING PATTERN OF REMAINING THICKNESS IN BRICK AT FURNACE BOTTOM PART IN BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE:To always carry out the stable operation of a blast furnace by automatically and accurately recognizing a distributing pattern of remaining thickness in a brick at the furnace bottom part influenced at the time of operation of the blast furnace and adopting the countermeasure of the operation and the work in the suitable timing based on this result. CONSTITUTION:This blast furnace is provided with thermometers arranged in the brick at the furnace bottom part, a device 10 converting the temp. of the brick into the remaining thickness thereof and an automatic remaining thickness distributing pattern deciding device 20 for the furnace bottom brick. The automatic deciding device 20 is constituted of a remaining thickness data inputting device 21 for inputting the remaining thickness data from the comverting device 10 into the remaining thickness, a data pre-processing device 22 for executing the pre-processing to the inputted data, a data storage device 23 for temporarily storing the processed data and a hieralchical neural network 24 for deciding the data. A peripheral device 31 for displaying the result of the automatic deciding device 20 is connected to the netword 24, and by using the result of the automatic deciding device 20, the action quantity for the blast furnace is decided by an automatic control system 30.
