摘要

PURPOSE: To accurately measure the remaining thickness of furnace bottom brick. ;CONSTITUTION: An iron-made round column 1 having 100-150mm diameter is arranged at the joint part 7 in a stave in the range from an iron tapping hole at the side wall part of furnace bottom of the blast furnace to a bottom plate so as to penetrate from an iron shell surface to the inner part of the stave 4. Shock is impressed on the surface of the iron-made round column 1 at the outside of the blast furnace and the reflected wave of the shock vibration is detected with a surface wave detecting sensor and a reflected wave detecting sensor set to the outer surface of the iron-made column 1 in the blast furnace, thus, the remaining thickness of the carbon brick 2 is accurately measured without influence of the stave 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
