PURPOSE: To guard person's privacy and to heighten power for the prevention of crime, even at dwellings on each of elevator-stop floors, by devising the positions both of staircases and of a common passageway on the elevator-stop floor. ;CONSTITUTION: A front part F and a back part B of each dwelling R are located so as to face outdoor sides and staircases 3 are located so as to be positioned midway between the front part F and the back part B, in a medium-to-multiple building with skip floor type multiple dwellings wherein elevator-stop floors and elevator-nonstop floors are provided and on each of the stop floors, a common passageway 6 for connecting both an elevator and each of the dwellings on its floor is provided. At the elevator-nonstop floors, an elevator-lifting way 5, which is placed in the dwellings at the ratio of four to one per each of the nonstop floors, is provided between the staircases 3. At the elevator-stop floors, the whole areas of three dwellings R5 to R7 are made equal to the whole areas of four dwellings R1 to R4 at the elevator- nonstop floors. The staicases 3 each are located so as to be positioned at the left and right sides of the dwelling R6 positioned between the three dwellings R5 to R7 and the common passageway 6 is provided so as to connect the staircases 3 and the elevator.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
