CUP SEPARATING MECHANISM FOR CUP FEEDER LOADED ON AUTOMATIC VENDING MACHINE

PURPOSE: To provide a cup separating mechanism capable of separating each cup by a simple driving mechanism and corresponding to various sizes of cups only by the same cup separating mechanism. ;CONSTITUTION: The cup separating mechanism is constituted of a pair of right and left slide type cup separating cam blocks 2R, 2L arranged on the right and left sides in parallel so as to hold a cup string, guiding support spindles 3R, 3L for guiding the blocks 2R, 2R, an operating mechanism 6 combined by a driving rack 4 and a pinion 5 for collectively executing the reciprocating operation of the blocks 2R, 2L on the spindles 3R, 3L, and an assembling case 1 integrating respective parts, so that cups are successively separated and carried out one by one from the lowermost one by the reciprocated operation of the blocks 2R, 2L. The case 1 is constituted of two divided right and left outer surrounding frames 7R, 7L individually supporting the spindles 3R, 3L, movable cup guides 8F, 8B laid between the frames 7R, 7L, and a control mechanism 9 for changing an interval between the blocks 2R, 2L by the operation of a control lug 9e in accordance with the size of each cup.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
