PURPOSE: To early diagnose disseminated intravascular coagulation syndrome (DIC) and DIC preparing state by immunologically measuring a tissue factor(TF) in human blood or urine by use of a monochronal antibody for specifically identifying the TF. ;CONSTITUTION: A subject such as blood plasma or serum, or urine provided for TF immunological measurement is preliminarily treated with a surfactant to enhance the measuring sensitivity of TF antigen quantity. As the surfactant, non-ionic surfactants are used, and the subjected is treated at a critical miscell concentration or more. As the immunological method, sandwich method using two kinds of monochronal antibodies specifically identifying TF is adapted, and streptoavidin-HRP-biotinated tyramide composite method obtained by improving a conventional coloring system is used. As the judgment standard for occurrence prediction of DIC, the subject exceeding the average in measurement value of the subject of healthy man +2SD (standard deviation) and the subject in which the TF antigen in blood exceeds about 160pg/ml are judged to have a large possibility of occurrence of DIC.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
