METHOD FOR EXECUTING PROBLEM PREVENTION, AND PROBLEM PREVENTION DATA PROCESSING NETWORK

PURPOSE: To provide a method for preventing the problem of a computer system in a service network of a computer system. CONSTITUTION: Plural computer systems are mutually connected in a service network. The computer systems are a 'service requesting device(SR)' 110, 'service providing device(SP)' 150, or 'service providing and requesting device(SP/R)' 130 being the mixture of those two. The computer system in the service network has a capability of the execution or request of the prevention of a problem. The SP 150 can check whether or not the solution of the problem which is not discovered or reported in one or plural SR 110 supported by the SP 150 is provided. When it is so, the SP 150 can distribute the solution information with an instruction by one or plural software constituting elements or the like to the SR 110.
