PURPOSE: To measure the adhesion to a body to which adhesive tape is stuck accurately by providing an intermediate layer consisting of silicon grease or negative ion surface-active agent on the surface of the body and then a marker layer consisting of a specific metal or carbon thin film on it. ;CONSTITUTION: A liquid solution of toluene grease with a toluene liquid solution concentration of 1-2wt.% is coated on the surface of a body to which adhesive tape is stuck or an aqueous solution of negative ion active-surface agent with an aqueous solution concentration of 1-2wt.% is coated on the surface of the body. A marker layer consisting of a metal or carbon thin film which is 10-100nm or preferably 20-40nm thick is formed on the surface of the intermediate layer coated on the surface of the body to be adhered to. The viscous surface of an adhesive tape is pressed and applied to the marker layer, is left for a certain amount of time, and then is peeled off. The degree of adhesion is calculated from the ratio of the area of the marker layer adhered to the viscous surface to the total area of viscous surface for judgment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
