PRODUCTION OF FROZEN INSTANT YAKI-SOBA OR YAKI-UDON

PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing frozen YAKI-SOBA or YAKI- UDON (steamed Chinese noodles or wheat vermicelli mixed with fried vegetable and pieces of meat) instantly eatable only by using a refrigerator and a microwave oven without employing kitchen equipment or combustion apparatuses. ;CONSTITUTION: This method for producing instant YAKI-SOBA or YAKI-UDON for business use is to season boiled noodles, perishable vegetables and other ingredients under unheated conditions and place frozen noodles having instant properties and the ingredients in a container or a bag. The instant YAKI-SOBA and YAKI-UDON are composed of the boiled noodles edible simply by heating and thawing in a microwave oven and the raw vegetables.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
