PURPOSE: To improve the stability of the behavior of a machine body and the maneuverability of the machine body in turning operation by allowing the turning of the machine on a butt without steering by a single hand. ;CONSTITUTION: The objective structure is provided with a lifting arm protruded in the linear operation path W and forced to return to the lowering position, a checking arm 28 capable of holding the lever 27 both to a lifting position U and a neutral position N and a checking lever 33 freely operable to a checking position protruded in the operation path W and a releasing position retreated from the path. The checking arm 28 is formed in such a manner as to move the lifting lever 27 from the lifting position U to the neutral position N by the one-stage operation of the checking lever 33 and from the neutral position N to the lowering position D by the two-stage operation.
