PURPOSE: To provide an output mirror which can materialize downsizing and weight reduction, its optical axis adjusting method, and an LD exciting green laser device with a built-in this output device. ;CONSTITUTION: For this output mirror 1, the primary part is composed of a tapered output mirror body 2 and a tubular output mirror holder 3 which has a tapered seat 30 where the said output mirror body 2 is set freely on the side of its one open end, and the weight reduction can be materialized by the amount of a micrometer being able to be omitted as compared with a conventional gimbal type output mirror holder 3. And, the output mirror body is set on the seat 30 of the output mirror holder 3, and besides it is supported, being energized in the direction of its setting by a support means 4 equipped with a flexible support pipe 41. And, a wedge member 6, 3 or over in is inserted into the gap between the inwall of the seat part of the output mirror holder 3 and the engaging face of the output mirror body 2 so as to adjust the optical axis, and then an adhesive is injected into the gap so as to fix the output mirror body 2 and the output mirror holder 3, thus it becomes possible to incorporate the output mirror whose optical axis is adjusted into an LDD exciting green laser device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
