PURPOSE: To carry out temperature adjustment close to the body sensation of an occupant by computing the equivalent temperature of each part by weighting by the position of each occupant part, and providing a control equiva lent temperature computing means. ;CONSTITUTION: The air speed at each occupant part is computed by an each occupant part air speed computing means 180 from the air speed, a blowoff mode and weighting 160 by the position of each occupant part, and the equivalent temperature of each occupant part is computed by an each occupant part equivalent temperature computing means 190 from the average radiation temperature 170 of each occupant part, the air speed 110 of each occupant part and the blowoff temperature 120.
