PURPOSE: To firmly and at a low cost form a film excellent in heat-resisting properties and a wear resistance on the inner surface of a tube with a small diameter. ;CONSTITUTION: An internal pipe 3 made by forming a film 2 by a build-up welding on the outer surface of a core pipe 1, is inserted in an external pipe 5 through an insert metal 4 made of a low melting alloy. A sealweld is performed on both ends of the external pipe 5, a hot isostatic pressing pressuring only from the outside of the external pipe 5 is performed to join the internal pipe 3 and the external pipe 5, and the core pipe 1 is removed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
