PURPOSE:To obtain a fire retardant light diffusible methacrylic resin laminated sheet excellent in antistatic properties by laminating a coating resin compsn. consisting of polyether esteramide and a methacrylic resin to a light diffusible methacrylic resin layer consisting of a methacrylic resin, a phosphorus type fire retardant, one of inorg. and org. light diffusing agents, and an ultraviolet absorber. CONSTITUTION:A light diffusible methacrylic resin layer is composed of a light diffusible methacrylic resin compsn. consisting of a methacrylic resin, a phosphrus type fire retardant, at least one of inorg. and org. light diffusing agents; and an ultraviolet absorber. A coating resin compsn. layer consists of 1-70wt.% of polyether esteramide and 30-99wt.% of a methacrylic resin. A light diffusible methacrylic resin laminated sheet wherein the coating resin compsn. layer is laminated to the single surface or both surfaces of the light diffusible methacrylic resin layer is obtained by simultaneously extruding the raw materials of the light diffusible methacrylic resin layer and the coating resin layer to form the extrudate into a sheet. The thickness of the coating resin layer of the light diffusible methacrylic resin laminated sheet is set to 5mum or more.
