PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusion plate which has excellent antistatic properties, light diffusion properties and luminance without damaging transparency of polycarbonate resin, and is used for an application requiring for high optical performance, especially, a backlight for a liquid display device or the like.;SOLUTION: In the light diffusible polycarbonate resin plate, a surface layer composed of a polycarbonate resin composition containing an antistatic agent as an essential component is molded by co-extrusion on at least one side surface of a substrate composed of a polycarbonate composition containing a light diffusion agent as an essential agent. The antistatic agent of the surface layer is a specified organic phosphonium sulfonate salt, the content of the antistatic agent is an amount of more than 2.0 pts.wt. and not more than 10 pts.wt. relative to 100 pts.wt. of polycarbonate resin used for the surface layer, and optionally, further, contains an amount of 0.01 to 15 pts.wt. of polycaprolactone relative to 100 pts.wt. of polycarbonate resin used for the surface layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
