PURPOSE: To obtain a frame which comprises precast RC columns and precast RC beams which are easy to manufacture and which are easy to connect and which provide high deformation performance and a high energy absorption capacity. ;CONSTITUTION: Precast RC columns 11 are respectively erected at column installation positions. One end portion of pure steel-made connection hardware 13 is fixed with an end 12b1 of a connection beam main reinforcement 12b of a precast RC beam 12 with a proper fixing means. The other end portion of pure steel-made connection hardware 13 is fixed with an end 12a1, of a connection beam main reinforcement 12a of a precast RC beam 12 with a proper fixing means. A cast-in-place concrete layer is formed around the end of each beam main reinforcement and the connection hardware. Therefore, due to a high deformation performance of the pure steel-made connection hardware and a high energy absorption capacity, energy absorption effect can be expected when seismic force or the like exerts on a frame. Since a column main reinforcement and a connection reinforcing bars or the like are not collected on joint sections, this construction makes it possible to facilitate joint work and enhance workability as well.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
