This Invention relates to compounds that have Biological activity to inhibit the Enzymes lipoxygenase,Pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds and to a method of medical treatment.More particularly, this Invention relates to certain substituted oxime ether compounds which inhibit the biosynthesis of Leukotriene,Pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds and to a method for inhibiting the activity of lipoxygenase and Leukotriene biosynthesis.
