Pure coconut ice/coconut shake/coconut block. The preparation of ice cream named "pure coconut ice" from frozen young coconut water and young coconut flesh which is to be sold in plastic packaging containing more or less 450 grams. 1. The frozen coconut water with flesh will be crushed using a machine and filled into tubs. 2. Concentrated syrup is added to the mixture. 3. If appropriate, coconut milk and dairy milk will be added to taste. The "pure coconut ice" will be stored in ice cabinets or slush machines. Shaking the "pure coconut ice" well results in a creamy substance which will be offered for sale under the name "Coconut shake". The "Coconut shake" will be frozen in certain shapes and will be marketed under the name "Coconut block".
