Composition against ozone damage to crops based on fatty acids of natural origin, liquid at ambient temperature, both as such and combined as triglycerides in oils of animal origin, preferably containing a high level of unsaturated fatty acids, with optional addition of anti- oxidant compounds, of substances chelating heavy metals, of phytoregulators, of foliar fertilizers with chelated macro-elements, oligo-elements and micro-elements and optionally with emulsifying, surfactant and inert substances. Procedure for use of this composition by foliar irrigation in concentrated form or diluted in water, during the vegetative cycle of the crops in order to prevent the occurrence of ozone damage to the crops themselves.
