Composition against ozone damage to crops and corresponding use procedure

Composition against ozone damage to crops, based on vegetable oils, preferably containing high levels of unsaturated fatty acids, with optional addition of anti oxidant compounds, heavy metal-chelating substances, phytoregulators, foliar fertilisers with macro-elements, oligo-elements and with chelated micro-elements, and optionally with emulsifying, surfactant and inert substances. Procedure for use of this composition by foliar spraying in concentrated form or diluted in water, during the vegetative cycle of the crops in order to prevent the occurrence of ozone damage to the said crops.
