A flowable substances dispenser device comprises a tube (19) composed of a flexible material adapted to receive the substance in question from a conduit (3), and a valve system (20) controlling the substance streams flowing from the tube by a discharge opening (21). The valve system comprises at least two flaps (23) which are adapted to each other so as to in a first relative position, stopping the flow through the valve system and in a second relative position, to allow the flow of s' flow out. A cooling device is located along at least a portion of the conduit (3) for cooling thereof and the even the substance contained therein, so as to avoid deterioration, especially in the case of food substances.
