The anchor comprises a holding element, supported in a bone (2), for a terminal section of a ligament (1) arranged in a guide channel (3) formed in the bone (2), and a clamping element that can be braced relative to this terminal section. The pin (5) comprises a passage opening (12) which passes through it perpendicular to its longitudinal axis (B) and is suitable for passage of the ligament (1), and an axial bore (7) which opens into this passage opening and in which the clamping element is held so as to be adjustable perpendicular to the section of the ligament (1) which passes through the passage opening (12).
