Emptying aid arrangement for the dough bowl of a dough kneading and mixing machine

The mechanism to assist in emptying the pan (4) of a dough kneading and mixing machine (1) has a pan carrier (8) with height adjustment, rotating on a horizontal axis (K), to tilt on the trolley (7) at the lifting/tipping station (2). When the trolley (7) slides in relation to the machine (1), it engages and disengages the pan (4). The pan (4) is connected to a shaft at the kneading/mixing machine through a shape fit coupling (6). The two component parts of the coupling are engaged and disengaged through the vertical movement of the pan (4) in relation to the machine (1). A coupling insert is of plastics, for replacement.
