The pan consists of two rectangular frames of different sizes made from welded steel tubes. The smaller frame (1) has its top tube (3) made with a circular cross-section, with the square-section top tube (4) of the larger panel fitting inside it and able to rotate freely relative to it, so that the lower tubes (7, 8) of the two frames can be set apart to form an inverted V-shape. When the frames are folded together the smaller one fits inside the larger one for transport or storage. On or both of the frames can be fitted with sign boards, fixed to their side and lower tubes, e.g. by welding. USE/ADVANTAGE - Esp. for a roadside sign. Robust design, stability in use, competitive in cost and taking up less space when not in use.
