The invention relates to a hinge for a concave door (10), particularly for a door mounted on the aperture of a trunk (9) of an urban lighting column, characterised in that it comprises three parallel axes of articulation (1, 2, 3), two central plates (4, 5) and two lateral fastening plates (6, 7) articulated about three axes. Moreover, one of the fastening plates (6) is fixed inside the trunk to one side of the aperture, whilst the other fastening plate (7) is fixed inside the door (10) and in the vicinity of the other side of the aperture.
