CONSTITUTION:With respect to plates W loaded on a pallet 29, one piece is sucked by a vacuum pad 61 of a carrying device 3 and carried onto a work table 9. Subsequently, by a sucking device 13 installed on the lower face of the work stable, the bottom face of the plate is sucked and held. Next, a second plate W on the pallet 29 is sucked and carried onto the work table 9. A second plate W is positioned and superposed on a first plate by the same method as a first plate W. In this case, since a first plate W is sucked and held from the lower face, it does not move even if an action at the time when a second plate W is superposed is received, and the latter is superposed exactly on a first plate.
