To display a screen moving with the lapse of time by the use of a mechanical conceptual view, a display image of each timing in conformity with motion sequence is prepared by recognizing the existence of motion from a conceptual view. Data transmission of the mechanical conceptual view is made to a facsimile on the reception side. The apparatus includes a computer, a memory, an auxiliary memory, a display, a drawing device, an input device and an image transmission encoder. To easily draw a skeleton perspective view, the device includes different visual symbol menu groups and simplifies the drawing work. According to this device, marking of extension lines, crossing lines and drawing regions, and simple 2.5-dimensional coordinates conversion are possible.
