The telephone has oculars (3, 4) arranged at an eye distance, where an electromechanical microdisplay is viewed by an enlarging device using the oculars. The microdisplay is provided for visualizing screen contents. Slit diaphragms are provided with perpendicular and/or horizontal slits, where a regulation and control electronic unit controls the diaphragms and red/green/blue LEDs such that lines and points of a color image are adjusted. A stereo image is produced by the oculars and an image controller of the microdisplay.
