PURPOSE:To make it possible to eat noodle capable of having original appearance and texture directly by only heating with electric oven and entangled in seasoned oil and fats, especially free from degeneration by housing frozen article of boiled noodle and block-like frozen article of seasoned oil and fat in a heat-resistant and self-standing vessel. CONSTITUTION:Aimed noodle is a vessel-housed instant frozen noodle having a constitution in which frozen food 31 of boiled noodle and block-like frozen food 41 are housed in a heat resistant and self-standing vessel 11 and block-like frozen food 41 of seasoned oil and fat is housed. A frozen food 51 of topping raw material may be further put in the upper part of frozen food 31 of the boiled noodle. Oil and fat obtained by blending and emulsifying dissolved butter or margarine with edible oil and seasoning raw material is used as the seasoned oil and fat.
