PURPOSE: To permit the regeneration to a roll paper which is fitted with the new product specification by using a plurality of roll paper (e.g. toilet paper) which is half-spent as raw material. ;CONSTITUTION: The first roll paper which is half spent is externally fitted on a taking-up shaft 3, and the second roll paper which is half spent is externally fitted on a driving-out shaft 4, and the edges on the outer peripheral sides of the first and second roll paper are joined, and the taking-up shaft 3 is revolved by a handle 12 or a motor 11, and the second roll paper is wound on the outer periphery of the first roll paper.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
