PURPOSE:To contrive the labor saving and automation of load receiving working by making a series of processes of a drier for drying sample grains taken out from a load receiving weighing machine up to a certain water content and a self-inspection machine for dividing the grains into graded grains and waste grains and measuring the ratio thereof. CONSTITUTION:Raw rough rice classified by individuals and big receivers is charged, the weight and water content of the raw rough rice are continuously measured, next it is transported to a preparation shipment part for performing rice hulling selection from a drying part, prepared to unpolished rice and shipment is performed. Constitution is performed in that load receiving data from load receiving numbers and a measurement vessel 7 are input to a collection controllers 11. Sample rough rice from non-preparation raw rough rice is taken out and fed to a reduction device 14 and then transported to a sample drier 18. The sample raw rough rice is taken out for the individuals and the big receiver at every shipment and measurement. In addition, when sample raw rice is charged, discrimination signals of two routes are output to the controller 11, the receiving numbers of the rough rice of the drier 18 are read thereby and transport positions are input to the controller 11. The ratio of graded grains to waste grains of the sample rough rice is measured by the use of a self- inspection machine 23 and input to the controller 11 and recorded.
