The disease condition of an infection immunity symptom or the self immunity disease by the overreaction of the leucocyte can be recognized according to the inspection of the polymorphonuclear leukocyte function of the peripheral blood using this inspecting drug. Namely, this drug is based on the utilization of the effect of controlling the leucocyte function possessed by the above- mentioned flavonoid compd. or the glycoside thereof and is particularly advantageously utilizable for clinical inspections.
