PURPOSE:To evade the peeling off of a sintered super abrasive grain layer from a ceramic sintered holding body part at using time by strongly joining the ceramic sinter holding body part and sintered super abrasive grain layer by the sintered ceramic binder layer existing on the interface of the ceramic sinter holding body part and sintered super abrasive grain layer. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic sinter holding body part 1 having a hole in the axial direction of a cylinder is consisting of a mullite bead, an electrode mullite and a ceramic binder. Moreover, a sintered ceramic binder layer 2 is of the same composition as the ceramic binder of a ceramic sinter holding body part 1 and exists in the thickness of 15mum on the interface of the outer peripheral face of this ceramic sinter holding body part 1 and sintered super grain layer 3. This sintered super grain layer 3 consists of a cubic boron nitride abrasive grain and the ceramic binder in the same composition with the ceramic binder of this ceramic sinter holding body part 1 and is joined strongly with the ceramic sinter holding body part 1 via the sinter ceramic binder layer 2.
