AUTOMATIC FEEDER OF HEXAGON SOCKET SET SCREW

PURPOSE: To make a hexagon socket set screw feedable to the next process after setting it in the proper direction, or storable. ;CONSTITUTION: This automatic feeder consists of a hopper A, a rotary deliverer B and a transferrer C, and this rotary deliverer B is able to store and feed those of hexagon socket set screws S via each of delivering holes 8a radially formed from the peripheral side of a rotor 8. In addition, the transferrer C consists of a transfer passage C1, a belt mechanism C2 and an auxiliary belt mechanism C3, and this transfer passage C1 has a transfer passage 33 where both sides of passage width are made into a state of being opened. In addition, the belt mechanism C2 has a transfer belt 16 being rotatable, while the auxiliary belt mechanism C3 has an auxiliary belt being rotatable at the same speed as the transfer belt 16.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
