PURPOSE: To provide the multimedia conference proceeding preparing device in a dispersed conference system where a person can participate in a conference in his own seat., he can edit a proceeding in his seat and he can easily prepare, approve and distribute the proceeding. ;CONSTITUTION: A dispersed conference system performing a multi-spot communication conference is constituted by connecting a conference terminal 40 and a conference server 60 where multimedia information composed of video, sound and data is treated by a communications network 300. In the conference terminal 40 and the conference server 60, a sound and video recorder for recording the sound and video in the conference to prepare a multimedia conference proceeding and a sound and video controller performing instructions on the start and termination of the recording of video and sound are provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
