摘要

PURPOSE: To mechanically and automatically feed a lubricant by a button operation, by feeding a lubricant from a lubricant delivery opening to a pinion by compressed air and closing a solenoid valve to stop oiling after supply of the lubricant by a specified volume or for a specified time. ;CONSTITUTION: When a lubrication-start button on a central control device is put on, the temperature of a lubricant 9 is detected by a thermostat 12a and the lubricant is heated by a heater 12 in accordance with the detected figure to get a necessary fluidity for delivery. Next, the pressure in a pressure tank 6 is detected as to whether it is a specified pressure or not to control a compressor 5. After the fluidity of the lubricant 9 and the pressure of the compressed air have been secured, a solenoid valve 7 is opened to supply the compressed air to the lubricant tank 2. The lubricant 9 is fed to the pinion 22 through an oil pipe 3 by the pressure of compressed air. Next, after supply of the lubrication oil for a specified period of time, the solenoid valve 7 is closed to stop supplying the lubricant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
