摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a Japanese style dish dressed with a sauce by using a wild Japanese horseradish in a mustard sauce which is a new spice suitable as a side dish of cooked rice. ;CONSTITUTION: Grated materials of a wild Japanese horseradish, a Japanese radish and a red pepper are mixed and the resultant mixture is partially dehydrated. A seasoning and soy sauce are added and combined therewith to be used for preparing a Japanese style dish dressed with this prepared sauce.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
