CONSTITUTION:Base plates 11 with its top surface formed with an engagement section 35 for engagement with a floor plate 31 are placed over a floor bed 41 with the end surfaces of the base plates 11 abutting each other. The engagement sections 35 are arranged at regular distance intervals. The floor plate 31 is made to engage with the engagement section 35 of the base plate 11 in succession. A continuous space for installing communication cable, power cable and other pipings is formed between the top surface of the floor bed 41 and the underside of the floor plate 31.
