WET-COMPACTING METHOD FOR OXIDE MAGNETIC MATERIAL

PURPOSE: To establish a technology of compacting an oxide magnetic material, which is effective in preventing reliably the occurrence of defect due to the back flow of slurry. ;CONSTITUTION: At the wet compacting of an oxide magnetic material by injecting slurry of material to a die cavity 5 through a slurry force feed device 14 and filling it up, and by dehydrating and compacting it, the timing of returning the slurry force feed device to the initial state before the start of slurry force feed is set to be the timing of the drawing step in the slurry compaction including the filtering and drawing steps. With this, the occurrence of the defect due to the slurry back flow is certainly prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
