PURPOSE:To provide a shelf form frame in which numerous wind mills can be provided concentrically in order to obtain a large capacity of electric power in a wind power generation. CONSTITUTION:This shelf form frame is composed of main pillars 7, a floor plate 1, an intermediate floor plate 2, a ceiling plate 3, and supports 4, and wind receiving plates 5 with a specific angle at the circumference are installed to the floor plate 1 and the ceiling plate 3, and the wind channel effect is increased so as to increase the wind power generation quantity. Wind escape holes for security are provided to the intermediate floor plate 2 and the ceiling plate 3, and the lower ends of towers 9 are used as fixing ends, while the upper ends of the towers 9 are used as rotary ends installed to the intermediate floor plate 2 and the ceiling plate 3 respectively.
